Step 1: Film Your Swing

  • Record 2-3 swings

  • Capture from three angles: Side view (across the plate), back view, and front view

  • Make sure your whole body is in the frame, head to toe

  • Game footage, front toss, BP, or tee swings all work

  • Ensure you have good, bright lighting, the video is clear, in focus, and the entire swing stays in the frame

  • The type of ball used doesn’t matter

Step 2: Upload your video

  • Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, or M4V (standard for iOS/Android)
